Cornice Replacement or Repair

A cornice is a horizontal metal decorative molding which crowns the building and is outward projecting in most cases. When metal rusts and deteriorates (mostly due to age), it needs to be removed. Frequently, the brick behind the cornice is different than the rest of the brick or stone from which facade of the building was constructed. We usually suggest rebuilding this section with new brick or limestone.
